Bunkyo Civic Center is a public facility housing Bunkyo Ward Office and cultural halls.

The building's 25th floor features a free-admission observation lounge.

The observation lounge stands approximately 105m (344 ft) above ground, offering panoramic views of Tokyo's cityscape. Here are the highlights in each direction:

North
Ikebukuro district cityscape including Sunshine City
South
Tokyo Dome City and Chiyoda district's high-rise buildings
East
Illuminated Tokyo Skytree and Ueno-Asakusa area cityscape
West
Mount Fuji and Shinjuku district's skyscraper cluster

The western view is particularly noteworthy. The sight of Mount Fuji overlapping with the Shinjuku subcenter's building cluster is absolutely beautiful. You can also witness Diamond Fuji around February 2nd and November 9th each year.

The observation lounge's windows are angled to reduce interior reflections, making it perfect for nightscape viewing.
