It's a vast park with a 4.5-kilometer pathway laid out to encircle Toyosu Wharf.
The park features barbecue areas and wedding venues, bustling with many visitors during the day.
When night falls, the crowds thin out, and moderately bright footlights and street lamps begin to illuminate the area.
