The Toyosu Gururi Park opened on 1 April 2018.
The park covers a vast area, with a 4.5-kilometre-long parkway that wraps around the Toyosu Pier.
The park has barbecue facilities and wedding halls and is crowded during the day.
At night, the crowds die down and the moderately bright street lights and street lamps come on.
A wonderful night view can be seen, accentuated by Tokyo's iconic landmarks such as the Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree.
