This massive commercial complex houses entertainment facilities including hotels, movie theaters, performance venues, and live music halls.

The 17th floor of the building features a free-admission observation deck and outdoor terrace that has become a popular spot attracting many tourists.

The deck opens to both west and south directions, with each view offering the following highlights:

West Side Spectacular high-rise skyline formed by Cocoon Tower, Sompo Japan Building, and other skyscrapers South Side Street views toward Shinjuku Station area and train views

The western skyline view was previously only accessible by staying on the upper floors of the Shinjuku Prince Hotel, so having easy access to this vista is a welcome development for night view enthusiasts.
