Visit Report: Harumi Pier Passenger Terminal
Harumi Pier International Passenger Terminal serves as Tokyo's maritime gateway, welcoming luxury cruise ships from both domestic and international destinations.
This facility opened in 1991 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Tokyo Port, and features an observation deck on the 6th floor.
The breathtaking panoramic views encompass Tokyo's famous landmarks including Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge.
Another highlight is the monument 'Fubai Ginran' located on the outdoor deck, which remains open 24 hours.
On calm days when the water surface is still, the monument creates magical reflections that are truly worth seeing.
The deck atmosphere is exceptional, making it highly recommended for romantic dates.
Since public transportation requires taking a bus and access is somewhat limited, we recommend visiting by car.
