Sumida River Bridge is approximately 400m long and was built integrated with the Metropolitan Expressway Route 9 Fukagawa Line overpass.
You can walk across under the expressway and enjoy night views from both the south and north sides.

By the way, Eitai Bridge and Kiyosu Bridge are illuminated from 15 minutes after sunset until 11 PM. It's a nice bonus that you can enjoy the illumination until relatively late at night.
