A popular free nightscape spot featuring attractive train views, beloved by railway enthusiasts

Tokyo Night View Spot List

Visit Report: Kita Topia Observatory Lobby

A free observation deck located on the 17th floor of Kita Topia.

With windows facing three directions, you can enjoy train views and views of Tokyo Skytree.

The railway tracks on the Oji Station side are particularly recommended for families with children, as you can watch shinkansen bullet trains and multiple other trains coming and going.

While you won't experience nightscapes with exceptionally bright illumination, I think this is a wonderful observation deck with clear highlights and attractions.

Incidentally, the same floor also houses the cafe restaurant VIEW & KITCHEN QUAD17, where you can enjoy the western scenery.

Since operating hours end at 5:00 PM, you can't enjoy nightscapes there, but it's worth stopping by as well.
