Visit Report Kitatopia Observation Lobby
Free observation lobby on the 17th floor of Kitatopia.
With windows in three directions, visitors can enjoy train views and the Tokyo Sky Tree.
The Oji Station side of the train tracks is especially recommended for those with children, as several trains, including the Shinkansen, pass by.
Although it does not offer an outstandingly bright night view, it is a wonderful observatory with easy-to-understand sights.
Incidentally, there is also a café-restaurant, VIEW & KITCHEN QUAD17, on the same floor, where you can enjoy the view of the west side.
It is open until 5:00 p.m., so you cannot enjoy the night view, but please stop by.
