Among the three observation decks, we particularly recommend the rooftop deck at Terminal 1 for night viewing.
On clear days, Terminal 3 overlaps with Mount Fuji, creating beautiful scenery from evening through the night.
The runway approach lights add wonderful accents to the night view.
Since Haneda Airport also has extensive commercial facilities, it might be a good choice for regular dates, not just travel.
