Visit Report: I-Link Town Observatory
The I-Link observation facility is located in a high-rise apartment complex directly connected to JR Ichikawa Station's south exit.
The 45th floor features both indoor and outdoor observation decks, offering beautiful panoramic views from 150m (492 ft) above ground.
The highlight is undoubtedly the western view where you can see Tokyo Skytree and Mount Fuji together in one frame.
Visiting during twilight hours allows you to enjoy truly breathtaking scenery.
Best Times to Visit and Photograph
Since I-Link Town and Mount Fuji are over 100km apart, you can only see the mountain when atmospheric conditions are exceptionally clear.
For beautiful night views, visit during the winter months.
You can also witness Diamond Fuji around November 6th and February 5th each year, making these perfect times to plan your visit.

However, on the third Friday and Saturday of each month, they hold "Light Down Events" where tripod photography is permitted for night scene shooting.
