Visit Report: Kawasaki City Hall Sky Deck
The Kawasaki City Hall main building opened in November 2023.
This 112m (367 ft) tall, 25-story high-rise building features a free observation deck called Sky Deck on its top floor.
You can enjoy panoramic views in all four directions - north, south, east, and west - taking in the dense clusters of buildings around Kawasaki Station and the cityscape stretching toward Tokyo and Yokohama.
The Sky Deck's lighting is kept minimal with little glare reflection on the windows, creating an ideal environment for leisurely nightscape viewing.
This spot offers nighttime views that would be worth paying for, but you can enjoy them completely free, so definitely stop by if you're interested.
