Carrot Tower is a landmark in Setagaya Ward.

The 26th floor of this building houses the free observation deck "Sky Carrot Observation Lobby," where you can enjoy the following views:

City Center Direction Landmarks like Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree, high-rise building complexes in Shinjuku and Shibuya Kanagawa Direction Setagaya streetscape with the Tanzawa Mountains and Mount Fuji as backdrop, vehicles traveling along Setagaya Street and the Metropolitan Expressway Shibuya Line, high-rise buildings in the Yokohama area

During winter when the air is clear, you can view the silhouette of Mount Fuji at sunset, making it possible to enjoy truly beautiful night views.

Despite offering scenery beautiful enough to warrant an admission fee, the number of visitors remains relatively modest, making it recommended for those who want to enjoy night view appreciation at a leisurely pace.

Please note that views toward the city center may not be available when Okura Restaurant is operating private events, so be sure to check the "business calendar" before visiting.
