Komazawa Park Quarter: Access, Hours & Night View Guide
Komazawa Park Quarter

Night View from Komazawa Park Quarter (Setagaya Ward)
Visit Report: Komazawa Park Quarter
On November 11, 2025, Komazawa Park Quarter opened in a prime location just 1 minute walk from Komazawa-daigaku Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line.
This sustainable space where urban and natural elements harmonize spans from the 4th floor above ground to the 1st basement floor, featuring a lineup of 17 unique shops.
The facility has a terrace on its rooftop where you can enjoy night views.
To the southeast, the illuminated Tokyo Tower and the high-rise buildings of Minato district are impressive, while to the southwest you can see the tower apartment complexes of Musashi-Kosugi.
I had hoped to see the Shibuya area building cluster as well, but a large apartment building in the foreground blocked that view.
While you can't enjoy particularly bright nightscape views, the atmosphere is wonderful and I recommend stopping by after dining at the same building.
