Shibuya Fukuras is a commercial facility that reopened with a complete renovation in December 2019.
On the 17th floor, you'll find SHIBU NIWA, a rooftop space that offers free admission.
With clear views to the southeast and north, you can enjoy panoramic vistas of Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Miyashita Park, Shibuya Stream, and more.
The same floor also houses "BAO by CE LA VI Tokyo", a café & bar where you can enjoy light meals in an incredibly open and airy space.
It's definitely worth a visit when you're on a date in Shibuya.
