Yokohama Marine Tower reopened after renovation on September 1, 2022.
This versatile attraction offers various ways to enjoy your visit, including a plaza where you can feel abundant nature, restaurants, a gallery showcasing art pieces related to Yokohama, and an observatory deck.
At approximately 94m (308 ft) above ground, there's a two-story observatory offering 360-degree panoramic views. The highlights for each direction are as follows:
- North
- Enjoy the urban nightscape created by high-rise buildings in Toranomon, including Azabu Hills
- Northwest
- High-rise buildings in the Minato Mirai area, the giant Ferris wheel Cosmo Clock 21, Yamashita Park, and more
- Northeast
- The illuminated Yokohama Bay Bridge
- East
- Traffic flowing along the Bayshore Route of the Metropolitan Expressway
Note that Yokohama Marine Tower operates on a day/night shift system, with day tickets valid from 10:00-18:00 and night tickets from 18:00-22:00.
Be aware that for nightscape viewing, you need to enter after 18:00.
