Yokohama City Hall was newly built and relocated at the end of June 2020.
On the 3rd floor of this 32-story high-rise building, standing about 155m (508 ft) tall, there's a space called the Citizen Lounge with large windows overlooking the Minato Mirai district.
This is a precious spot where you can view Yokohama Landmark Tower, Nippon Maru Memorial Park, Cosmo Clock 21, and more without any obstructions.
The interior is brightly lit, causing significant reflections on the windows, but it's definitely worth a visit.
You can visit on both weekdays and weekends, but note that it closes at 8:00 PM, so be mindful of the timing when planning your visit.
