The Bunkyo Civic Center is a public facility that houses the Bunkyo Ward Office and a cultural hall. On the 25th floor of the same building is the observation lounge, which is open to visitors free of charge.
The observation lounge is approximately 105 meters above the ground, offering a panoramic view of the Tokyo cityscape.
The view to the west is noteworthy.
On days when the air is clear, you can see the buildings in the direction of the Shinjuku subcenter overlapping with Mt.
