Visit Report: Marunouchi Building 35F Observation Deck

The Marunouchi Building is a 36-story mixed-use complex rebuilt in 2002.

Taking the dedicated elevator for upper floors to the restaurant district on the 35th floor, you'll find a free observation space with impressive large windows. The great thing is you can casually visit without needing to use the restaurants.

Views include the illuminated National Diet Building in Nagatacho, the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens, and the lights of densely packed high-rises in Kasumigaseki and Toranomon.

On clear days, you can even catch sight of Mount Fuji, making this a hidden night view spot packed with highlights.

For a free-admission night view spot, you can enjoy an exceptionally high-quality panorama. Chairs are set up by the windows, so you can sit and slowly take in the night view.

It's a wonderful place where quintessentially Tokyo scenery unfolds, so why not visit on your way back from business around Tokyo Station?

Incidentally, the same building also has an observation floor on the 5th floor where you can view Tokyo Station, so we recommend visiting both together.
