The Marunouchi Building, a 36-storey complex, was rebuilt in 2002.
Take the dedicated lift to the upper floors to the restaurant area on the 35th floor, where you will find a free observation area with impressive large glass windows.
The Diet building in Nagata-cho and the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace are illuminated.
The lights of the skyscrapers towards Kasumigaseki and Toranomon line the skyline.
It is particularly valuable because there is no other place where you can get a bird's eye view of the illuminated Diet building.
Mt. Fuji can also be seen on a clear day.
It is a wonderful place with a typical Tokyo view, so why not visit it on your way home from business in the Tokyo Station area?
