As Tokyo's gateway to the sea, the Harumi Pier International Passenger Terminal is a port of call for luxury cruise ships from Japan and abroad.
Opened in 1991 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Port of Tokyo, the facility has an observation deck on the 6th floor.
The view of Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, and other famous landmarks of Tokyo is breathtaking.
Another highlight is the monument "Fuden Ginran" on the outdoor deck, which is open all day.
The fantastic reflections that can be seen on days when the wind is calm and the water surface is not shaking are well worth seeing.
The atmosphere on the deck is also excellent, and is recommended for a date.
If you use public transportation, you will have to take a bus, which is a bit inaccessible, so please visit by private car.
