Visit Report: Ishikawajima Park (Paris Plaza)

Ishikawajima Park is a municipal park located along the Sumida River and Shiokaze Canal.

From within the park, you can view illuminated Eitai Bridge, Chuo Bridge, Tokyo Skytree, and more.

Located behind the ultra-luxury residential complex "Okawabata River City 21," the park also offers views of towering high-rise buildings.

The circular plaza paved with granite stones at the north end of the park is called Paris Plaza.

The plaza was created in 1999 to commemorate the sister river partnership between the Sumida River and France's Seine River.

This hidden gem offers a wonderfully atmospheric setting where you can leisurely enjoy beautiful night views for free, so definitely consider stopping by.
