Ishikawajima Park is a ward park located along the Sumida River and the Asashio Canal.
The park offers views of the illuminated Eitaibashi Bridge, Chuo Ohashi Bridge and the Tokyo Sky Tree.
It is also located behind the ultra-luxury Okawabata River City 21 apartment building, where you can look up at the giant skyscrapers.
Also, the granite-lined circular square at the northern end of the park is called Paris Square.
The name derives from the fact that the square was built in 1999 to commemorate the establishment of a friendship river partnership between the Sumida River and the Seine River in France.
