Bay Breeze Garden is located at the foot of the bridge from Shinagawa Station on Metropolitan Route 480 towards the Konan Bridge.
This is a square and plaza on the grounds of the Baycrest Tower, a 40-storey high-rise condominium, and is freely accessible to non-residents.
From the square, visitors can admire the illuminated Rainbow Bridge and the night view towards Toyosu.
The garden is beautifully maintained and has a good atmosphere, and it is possible to sit on benches and admire the night view.
It is a bit far from the nearest station and a few minutes' walk from the coin-operated car park, but it is well worth a visit for a night walk.
