Built in the late Edo period as a fortress to defend against Commodore Perry's Black Ships, Daiba Park is now recognized as a national historic site.
This park is popular among photographers for its close-up views of the illuminated Rainbow Bridge.
The southern side offers beautiful nighttime views of the lively lights from Decks Tokyo Beach and Aqua City Odaiba, providing multiple scenic highlights.
With few streetlights making the surroundings very dark after nightfall, bringing a flashlight is recommended when visiting for night viewing or photography.
