The InterContinental Tokyo Bay is a 24-storey five-star hotel that opened in 1995.

River view rooms facing north offer views of the Tsukiji and Kachidoki bridges over the Sumida River and the Tokyo Sky Tree.

This is one of the few places where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Sumida River.

Also, the Bay View rooms, which face south, offer a magnificent view of the Rainbow Bridge.

While both views are lovely, I personally recommend staying in a River View room as there are many places to view the Rainbow Bridge.
