After being captivated by the innovative exterior designed by Kengo Kuma, visitors can head up to the 5th floor where "Tsukimi Terrace" awaits, offering the chance to soak in foot baths while immersing yourself in the night views.
Despite being newly opened, the space feels remarkably peaceful, far removed from any hustle and bustle.
Climbing further up the stairs leads to "Hanami Terrace," where you can sit on benches and leisurely take in the scenery.
