Conveniently connected directly to JR Takanawa Gateway Station, this notable large-scale complex facility can be enjoyed alongside shopping and dining.
The 28th floor of the facility features LUFTBAUM, a lush circular terrace space in two locations where you can enjoy the urban cityscape.
Highlights of NEWoMan Takanawa

- Rainbow Bridge, train views of Shinagawa Station, Odaiba area building night views, Tokyo Skytree
- Northwest Side
- Shibuya area building clusters, Shinjuku area building clusters
The highlight is the northeast view featuring expansive waterfront area vistas including Rainbow Bridge.
I've visited several observation decks where you can view Rainbow Bridge, but I found the scenery from this location to be exceptionally beautiful.
This would be a perfect place to visit during fireworks displays and other special occasions.
The train views of Shinagawa Station spreading out below are also quite impressive.
The observation space features soaring ceilings that create an outstanding sense of openness, plus abundant greenery creating a wonderful atmosphere. It's highly recommended for dates as well.
