WITH Harajuku opened in June 2020.
This commercial facility features space design with the warmth of wood, and has two outdoor decks on the 3rd floor that are freely open to the public - one on the east side and one on the west side.
From the east side, you can enjoy views of the lush Yoyogi Park and Harajuku Station, while the west side offers views of the illuminated Docomo Tower.
Since it's not very high, the night views might feel somewhat lacking for those seeking spectacular panoramas, but it's the perfect place to relax and unwind after enjoying shopping and dining.
The atmosphere is wonderfully pleasant, so be sure to visit when you're exploring the Harajuku area.
