Tokyu Kabukicho Tower will open on 14 April 2023.

The complex includes a hotel, cinema, theatre, live hall and other entertainment facilities.

On the 17th floor of the 225m skyscraper, there is an observation floor with free admission and the JAM17 DINING & BAR, which offers a panoramic view of the Shinjuku skyline.

This view could only be enjoyed by those staying on the upper floors of the adjacent Shinjuku Prince Hotel, but night view enthusiasts will be pleased to know that they can now enjoy the view at their leisure.

The DiningBar JAM17 is also located on the same floor. Enjoy the view of the Shinjuku cityscape while you dine.
