Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, a 225-metre skyscraper, will open on 14 April 2023.

It is a large commercial complex with hotels, cinemas, theatres, live music venues and other entertainment facilities.

The 17th floor of the building has a free observation deck and outdoor terrace, making it a popular spot for many tourists.

The view is also high, with a powerful skyscraper formed by Cocoon Tower and the Sompo Japan headquarters building to the west, and a train view of JR Shinjuku Station to the south.

These views could only be seen if you were staying on the high-rise floors of the adjacent Shinjuku Prince Hotel, but fans of night views will be pleased to know that they are now easily accessible.
