Visit Report of Arcakit Kinshicho Rooftop Observation Floor
Arkakit Kinshicho is a commercial facility located at the north exit of Kinshicho Station.
There is a free observation space on the 11th floor rooftop where you can view the Sumida area.
My favorite is the view to the north, where you can see the Tokyo Sky Tree from a good distance.
This is a rare spot where you can view the world's tallest tower unobstructed.
Although it is a nice observation floor with good accessibility from the station, it is a winter-only night view spot as it closes at 18:00.
