Visit Report: Makura Bridge
Makura Bridge is located right next to Sumida City Hall.
This small bridge spans just before the confluence of Kitajukken River and Sumida River, offering views of Tokyo Skytree to the east.
Tobu Isesaki Line trains frequently pass near the bridge, so timing your shot perfectly with a passing train allows you to capture dynamic photographs.
To the south, you'll find the illuminated Genmori River Water Gate and Tokyo Mizumachi with its row of restaurants and shops, making this an area rich with attractions.
Various photography spots are scattered around the Tokyo Skytree area, so be sure to visit when you're exploring the neighborhood.
