The Oshiage Station Bicycle Parking Lot is located at the rotary on the east side of Skytree Town, adjacent to the Oshiage subway station.

This location's rooftop space has an observation plaza that is open to the public free of charge and offers a close-up view of the Tokyo Sky Tree.

On the other side of the Sky Tree, train views of the Keisei Oshiage Line and Tobu Skytree Line can be seen.

Although it offers a very good view, the observation plaza is not well known and not many people visit even on weekends.

The wooden deck and moderate footlights create a calm atmosphere, making it a good date course.
