Visit Report of Yokohama Hammerhead
Opened in 2019, Yokohama Hammerhead is a large commercial facility with a core located at the Shin-Koto Pier Passenger Ship Terminal. It houses cafes and restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floors, and accommodation facilities on the 3rd to 5th floors.
On the 2nd floor, there is an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy the night view of Yokohama Minato Mirai area. Although the view may not be excellent due to its low height, the sight of buildings symbolizing Minato Mirai lined up is very beautiful.
Several times a month, luxurious cruise ships dock at the same facility, so it's also a good idea to visit to coincide with these occasions.
Furthermore, at the adjacent Hammerhead Park, the symbol-marked Hammerhead Crane is illuminated at night. There is also a deck where you can leisurely admire the sea, so please be sure to stop by.
