Visit Report of Illumination of Roppongi Keyakizaka Dori

The illumination takes place during the Christmas season at Keyakizaka, near the Roppongi Hills.

Since it was first held in 2013 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the opening of Roppongi Hills, it has become an annual winter event.

The 400-metre-long Keyakizaka Slope is illuminated with blue and white LEDs, resembling a tree-lined avenue of snow, and warm LEDs, resembling candles.

At the end of Keyakizaka, you can also see Tokyo Tower, a symbolic view of winter in Tokyo.

The lights are on from sunset until 23:00, so be sure to stop by on your way home from a date in the Roppongi area.
