On the 17th floor is SHIBU NIWA, a rooftop space with free admission.
It features open southeast and north directions, with views of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, Miyashita Park, and Shibuya Stream.
Also on the same floor is the café and bar "BAO by CE LA VI Tokyo", where you can enjoy a light meal in a space with a great sense of openness.
