Minami Ikebukuro Park reopened in April 2016.
This park has a stylish atmosphere featuring a beautifully landscaped lawn area and the RACINES FARM TO PARK cafe restaurant.
Although the park is crowded with families and other visitors during the day, the number of people becomes more relaxed at night.
There are skyscrapers such as the Toshima Ward Office and the OWL Tower in the vicinity, and you can enjoy a beautiful night view.
It is a pleasant space with a great sense of openness, making it ideal for use during a night stroll in the Ikebukuro area.
Please note that although the park is free to enter, it is open until 22:00.
