Crossgate Sakuragicho is a commercial building located a short walk from Sakuragicho Station.
The restaurant area on the third floor has an open terrace with free admission, where you can view the skyscrapers of Minato Mirai and the CosmoRock 21, a giant Ferris wheel.
The fence is high, so the view is not as good, but it is a good spot to sit on a bench and enjoy the night view with few people.
It is open until midnight, so be sure to stop by on your way home from a date around Minato Mirai.
