Shibuya Scramble Square opened in 2019. It is the tallest commercial facility in the Shibuya area at 229 meters above ground level.
The 47th and 46th floors are home to the observation facility, Shibuya Sky, which offers an aerial view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing on the northwest side.
The views in other directions are also beautiful, and the rooftop observation space “SKY STAGE” on the 47th floor allows you to enjoy the night view of the city center while enjoying a sense of freedom.

Shibuya Fukuras Rooftop Garden SHIBU NIWA
Shibuya Fuclas is a commercial facility that was reopened in December 2019.
On the 17th floor is SHIBU NIWA, a rooftop space with free admission.
The southeast direction offers a view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, where you can enjoy the sight of many people coming and going.
On the same floor is the café and bar “BAO by CE LA VI Tokyo,” where you can enjoy a light meal in a space with a great sense of openness.
Cibuniwa may not be open to visitors when events are held, so it is recommended to check the official website in advance to see if any events are scheduled.

Shibuya Hikarie
Shibuya Hikarie, a high-rise complex with 34 floors above ground and 4 below, opened in 2012.
The free observation space “Sky Lobby” is located near the escalators on the 11th floor, where the movie theater Tokyu Theater Orb is located.
Visitors can view the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Shibuya’s landmark 109 on the west side of the building, and many people can be seen taking commemorative photos.
The Sky Lobby is open from 7:00~24:00, making it a great place to stop by late at night.

Magnet by Shibuya
MAGNET by SHIBUYA109 opened in 2018.
This commercial facility was created by renovating the fashion building “109 MEN’S” located right in front of the scramble crossing.
On the roof of the building is the CROSSING VIEW, a sky-themed observation deck.
The view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing and the landmarks of Shibuya, such as Shibuya Mark City, Shibuya 109, and Shibuya Fukuras, can be seen from the top of the building.
Admission requires the purchase of a drink at the attached café, but the price is reasonable, starting at 600 yen for admission to the observation deck and a drink.
Café patrons can also use the “Crossing Photo” service, which allows them to take a selfie with the Scramble Crossing in the background from a camera positioned high above their heads, making it a good place to take an unusual souvenir photo.

SHIBUYA TSUTAYA
Starbucks Coffee SHIBUYA TSUTAYA is located right in front of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing.
It is a popular photo spot where you can watch the scene of many people coming and going at close range.
However, it depends on your luck whether you can sit in the best position or not in this very popular store.
If you want to be sure to get the best position, we recommend using “SHIBUYA TSUTAYA SHARE LOUNG” located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the same building. 1,650 yen per hour will be charged, but you can enjoy the view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing in peace.
