Tokyo Midtown Hibiya opened in March 2018 .

The commercial facility occupies up to the sixth floor and includes a variety of facilities such as a movie theater and restaurants.

There is a free observation deck on the 6th floor, which offers a panoramic view of Hibiya Park and the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace.

The highlight is the view toward Kasumigaseki on the south side and the office buildings of Otemachi and Takebashi on the north side.

The view on the north side can be approached by the glass surface, making it ideal for night photography.

If you visit on a weekday evening, you will be able to enjoy the well-lit night view.

The unique shape of the Midtown buildings and the balance of the lawn make for a beautiful and stylish observation deck, perfect for a date.
