"Sakurazaka" in Shibuya Sakuraoka can be accessed by exiting Shibuya Station's west exit and crossing the "Shibuya Station West Exit Pedestrian Bridge Deck" that spans Route 246.
Along the approximately 150-meter slope, Somei-Yoshino cherry trees are planted on both sides, creating a stunning cherry blossom tunnel in the spring.
From mid-March to late April, an annual illumination event is held, offering a fantastic view different from the daytime.
The combination of the winding slope and the cherry blossom trees is incredibly beautiful, so why not take a detour and visit when you are in Shibuya?
