In the center of this vast space sits a grand fountain surrounded by a massive 30-meter diameter pond, which is illuminated at night.
The lighting colors and fountain patterns continuously change every 28 minutes, offering 24 different variations to enjoy - this is the main attraction.
Since Hibiya Park is surrounded by the high-rise buildings of Kasumigaseki and Marunouchi, the city night views from the benches are also incredibly beautiful.
