Suica Penguin Square opened in July 2016 alongside the completion of the highway bus terminal "Busta Shinjuku."
Located right outside the ticket gates of JR Shinjuku Station's New South Exit, this prime location offers sweeping views of NTT Docomo Tower and Takashimaya Times Square.
You can also enjoy dynamic views of the trains coming and going below at Shinjuku Station.
The square features various types of landscaping and wooden decking that take advantage of the different levels, and when night falls, pleasantly bright footlights illuminate the area.
It's a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after work or a date.
