On the 6th floor, there's a free observatory offering a panoramic view of Hibiya Park and the Outer Gardens of the Imperial Palace.
Highlights include the view towards the south of the Kasumigaseki area and the view of the office buildings in the Otemachi and Takebashi areas to the north.
You can get close to the glass on the north side, making it perfect for night photography.
